Terms of sale

Who can buy

SecurityProducts sells only to trade accounts: channel partners, managed service providers, and installers or low voltage contractors buying for their own jobs. Placing an order means you are representing that you hold one of those roles, not buying as the end business or as a consumer.

Pricing and MAP

Prices are trade prices in US dollars. Some brands enforce minimum advertised pricing; where a product's price cannot be shown publicly you will see it once the item is in your cart or on a quote instead. Listed prices can change without notice and are confirmed at checkout.

Payment

We accept card and ACH direct debit. Tax is calculated at checkout by ship-to address; resale and other exemption certificates must be on file and reviewed before tax is waived on an order.

Shipping and title

Ship-to address is set per order and may be your address, a job site, or your own customer's site for a blind drop-ship. Risk of loss passes to you at the carrier's pickup unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. See shipping and returns for RMA handling.

What we do not sell you

We sell hardware, not installation or monitoring services; we do not install what we sell and do not offer install as an add-on. Any installation is between you and the site you are outfitting.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
