Where orders ship from

Everything ships from 2876 S 460 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84115. We ship nationwide: to your shop, straight to a job site, or blind to your own customer with your paperwork in the box instead of ours.

In-stock and drop-shipped items

A part shown as in stock ships from our own on-hand inventory; that claim never comes from a supplier's stock figure. A part we drop-ship instead shows a lead-time range rather than an in-stock claim, because we cannot stand behind a number we do not hold ourselves.

Freight and parcel

Small parcels move by standard ground carrier. Larger orders, panels, and anything palletized move by freight; your rep will confirm the carrier and any liftgate or inside-delivery needs before it ships.

Requesting a return (RMA)

Contact your rep before sending anything back. We will issue an RMA number and shipping instructions; unauthorized returns cannot be credited. Wrong or defective items are handled at our cost. Non-defective returns are evaluated case by case, and your rep will confirm condition, restocking terms, and who pays return freight before you ship.

What this page does not cover

We do not install what we sell, so there is no install warranty here to speak of; any labor warranty is between you and your own customer. Manufacturer warranties on the hardware itself pass through as the manufacturer states them.
